The only "issue" about these settings is that you'll have to log in in all websites when you open the browser again. I usually use Firefox when I really need a safe browser, but as an everyday browser I use Brave (disable data collection, etc).
You say that Firefox is the best browser for privacy, this is far from the case. When you launch the browser, you are already open, just use the tools, and never believe what they promise you, check it yourself.
