If you have a document as image in * .png, * .bmp or * .gif, the integrated OCR text recognition can read the text. So you can search for the search for content in the document. It is also possible to create backups with EverDoc. You can find more about this in the settings.
If you want to include your cell phone, you can do it. You can take a picture of the document in the Android or iOS app and then use the wizard to transfer it to the program. I can not test this because I am still happy with my Lumia 950 XL. Anyone who relies on a paperless office or wants to bet will find a good solution here. The search function and the ability to tag the files will make finding files easy. The first impression here in the test was very interesting and positive. But I have to admit that I have not had such a software in use so I can make a comparison now.
