The installer is in German, but I can't say whether the installed functions are oriented towards the Office language because I don't have an English Office.
The actual installation runs in 2 steps. You install the tool and it opens. In the tool you select which functions you want to add to Word, Excel, Outlook or Access (1 installer per application). Now comes the point for registering the software (before any changes have been made to Office). Sorry I can't tell you more.
