Why want:

I like its sync option, its very convinient for all professional users, to do task in mobile and when open laptop it will sync with your account and we can send email direct because it also sync with our outlook email.

I like the following features which make it a great app to have and use:-
1) ability to synchronize all your information with MS Outlook and practically any online service available.

2) Lock the app with a password.
3) Polished and clean interface

I would hesitate to use a personal information manager that keeps all my private information but is difficult to export or transfer. When I find out that EssentialPIM has various data import and export options and the number of supported data formats are very satisfying, I think EssentialPIM is worth trying.

What’s more, EssentialPIM provides users with a very important option to store all the personal data completely offline only and even if a synchronization might be needed sometimes, users can choose to synchronize all the data with devices only in the same local network without sending them online first via some cloud services. This is indeed a very nice feature and not every similar software or app offers this.

Therefore, thank you for this giveaway and I wish I could win a license.
