How to enable Windows Defender after Malwarebytes installation?

Aftter you install malwarebytes, windows defender become inactive

To enable it again and it will also appear in the right click menu, simply uncheck the option of always register in windows security center (under settings tab)

This is done on Windows 10 and unfortunately only supports the premium version of malwarebytes
